Open Splice for lighting fixtures! How about this one, they screwed a 2 prong socket adaptor in the fixture. Then pluged in a zip cord, spliced it to another cord with plug end, then plugged the fixture cord in it.
Notice the ground hanging out and the splices and black tape.
