The results of loose connections!
This 15amp circuit on a GE panel melted the entire GFCI outlet and burned back about a foot of wire behind the box and in the wall! Amazing that the insulation in the wall didn't catch fire and burn the house down!

This is the electrical panel in our hotel room in China. It was covered with a wooden door. (just in the frame. No screws to remove)
The contactor was hooked to a key card slot. No room key in the slot, no electric in the room.
