Copper piping theft
Copper piping stolen from 2 homes under construction...
In the Wayside section of Ocean Twp, NJ, copper piping was stolen from homes under construction. Both thefts were reported 7/28/08 and believed to have been stolen over the weekend. About 200 feet of copper piping was taken from one home which was recently installed. The new home suffered significant water damage as a result.
The second home was broken into and an undetermined amount of copper piping was also taken, but no water damage.
